Shipping and Receiving Representative Starting salary $21.00-$22.00/hr

Weekly 40-Hour Shift. Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Stage 3 Motorsports is looking for its next aftermarket automotive-parts specialist as a Shipping and Receiving Representative!

Do you enjoy the late model aftermarket 4x4 truck industry, or want to expand on the knowledge you already have?

If so, this may be the place for you. Our Shipping and Receiving Representatives first and foremost enjoy working with similar automotive-minded people whether its with the members of the team or our legendary customers. They enjoy working on computers and communicating to customers over the phone and by email.

Where youll spend your time:

  • Manages all areas of incoming and outgoing shipments (approximately 30-70 daily)
  • Updates stock on website for items in stock in Peoria location
  • Loads daily inventory files from select vendors to update in stock message
  • Creates and updates inventory for Peoria location
  • Creates and manages a re-order point for all items stocked in Peoria location
  • Creates and manages obsolete part number list on Peoria inventory
  • Addresses customer concerns regarding shipping issues, redirects, shipping claims etc
  • Create and follow up on shipping claims Use calendar reminders
  • Works directly with fellow corporate warehouse managers on issues
  • Demonstrates good judgement, tact, and diplomacy in working with customers, both external and internal
  • Cleaning - thoroughly vacuum, mop, sweep, take out trash in warehouse, restrooms, & front office building weekly
  • Other duties as assigned.

You have/possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Working knowledge of automotive parts (suspension and performance) preferred
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated customer service experience
  • Computer savvy with ability to enter information with high accuracy and navigate comfortably through various software programs
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with MS Office to include: Excel, Word, Outlook, instant messaging, and internet navigation
  • E-commerce experience a plus

Your work environment:

  • Requires extended periods of walking and standing, bending and twisting, and overall repetitive movement
  • Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions

  • Requires speaking/reading in English.
