Job Description:
What's The Job? The Production Line Specialist is responsible
for food manufacturing and processing in an assembly line. What
You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part This position
operates the station on a food production line and produces food
products within specifications as required on the daily schedule
Responsible for producing food products within the specified
quality requirements Follows and promotes Food Safety and
practicing and enforcing all GMPs and appropriate food defense
techniques Monitors products as they are produced to ensure high
quality and that product meets all specifications Performs duties
in a safe manner and comply with all regulations and company
policies Cleans and sanitizes the production area in the facility
Informs supervisor and/or manager of any equipment malfunctions or
other production issues as they arise Must be flexible to work
overtime, weekends, and holidays upon occasion Other duties as
assigned What You've Done And Who You Are Minimum High school
diploma or equivalent 1 year or less of applicable job experience
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and operations preferred
