Job Description:
Orbitalum North America is seeking a results-driven Territory
Sales Manager to join our team in the Southwest. If you have
experience in outside sales, a passion for technical solutions, and

precise, repeatable GTAW/TIG welds with full data recording for
quality control and process optimization. Designed for high-purity
applications, these systems feature an intuitive interface,
automated weld program management, and advanced gas control to
improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance weld integrity. Our
SmartWelder and MobileWelder Plus software streamline operations
with auto-detection, real-time adjustments, and seamless data
logging, ensuring consistent, high-quality welds with minimal
heat-affected zones. In this role, the territory will cover the
Southwest United States – California, Arizona, Nevada. You will
identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong
customer relationships, and manage complex, high-value sales
cycles. You will excel at value-based selling, staying ahead of
industry trends to proactively address customer needs and
outperform the competition. · Meet or exceed sales targets within
the assigned territory. · Develop and execute sales strategies
aligned with company goals. · Provide product demonstrations and
application-based solutions to customers. · Maintain accurate sales
records and enter data into CRM software. · Collaborate with
internal teams, including customer service, product management, and
leadership, to ensure customer requirements are met. · Understand
equipment capabilities to recommend appropriate solutions. · Comply
with state and federal regulations, quality standards, and safety
procedures. · Represent the company at trade shows and industry
events. · Manage multiple, complex sales opportunities and projects
simultaneously. Minimum Education and Experience: · Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
required. · Experience: Minimum of five years in a successful
outside sales role, preferably in industrial or technical sales.
What you Bring to the Role: · Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong
ability to work independently. · Strong communication, negotiation,
and organizational skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint). · Technical Skills: o Basic knowledge of GTAW
(TIG) welding; orbital welding experience preferred. o Machining
background or mechanical aptitude is a plus. · Strong
problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a dynamic work
environment. · Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. ·
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs for product demonstrations. ·
Travel: Must be willing and able to travel extensively, often

America. Compensation Information: Compensation Transparency Salary
Range: Territory Sales Manager compensation package offers a
competitive annual salary with an estimated range of $80,000 to
$113,000 dependent on the geographic location, the successful
candidate’s qualification, and prior experience. We are committed
to maintaining equitable and competitive salaries across different
regions through regular reviews and adjustments. Sales Compensation
& Bonus Plan: Employees in this role are eligible to participate in
the Territory Sales Manager compensation plan, which includes
performance-based quarterly bonuses, allowing employees to increase
their earnings through exceptional performance. Annual salary
increases are also provided, reflecting both individual
