another. Role: We are looking for an Inbound Sales Development
Representative who can efficiently respond to inbound leads,
qualify them, and route them to the appropriate sales teams. You'll
be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them
navigate their initial inquiries and ensuring they are connected
with the right resources within our firm. Responsibilities: Respond
quickly and professionally to inbound leads across phone, email,
and online channels. Ask smart questions to qualify leads and
understand where they belong in our process. Organize and set up
deals inside HubSpot, ensuring our sales teams have everything they
need. Route qualified leads to Account Executives or Client Success
Specialists. Direct unqualified leads to trusted partners in our
referral network. Maintain accurate and complete records of all
interactions and data in HubSpot. Assist with initial claims
correspondence and administrative support to ensure smooth sales
operations. Qualifications: Strong verbal communication and
persuasion skills. Solid writing abilities for clear, accurate
correspondence. Skilled in navigating common objections with
clarity and composure. Demonstrated ability to guide potential
customers through typical hesitations or uncertainties A desire to
learn, grow, and contribute in a mission-driven organization.
Experience in sales or client-facing roles (a plus, but not
required). HubSpot experience is a plus Within your first year, you
will have: Confidently handling inbound leads and booking meetings
with Account Executives with ease. Understanding what constitutes a
strong claim and prioritize opportunities quickly. Having developed
a deeper knowledge of claims and become even more effective at
qualifying leads. You'll be recognized as someone the team can rely
on—someone who manages conversations with confidence, clarity, and
care. KPI's Lead Response Time Compliance (%) Lead Qualification &
LAS/AE Conversion Rate (%) No-Response Rate (%) Follow up protocol
still pending, will determine KPI once confirmed Escalation
Monitoring: Follow-Up Execution Accuracy (100%) DocuSign Efficiency
Rate (Average Time) Leaderboard Performance & Gamification Metrics
Benefits: Salary: $20-25/hour plus up to 5% bonus 401(k) with 3%
non-elective contribution. Health, dental and vision insurance.
