Job Description:

Seeking a Loan Fulfillment Specialist to support commercial credit closings. This role ensures accurate documentation, due diligence, and timely loan funding.


Responsibilities:
Coordinate and close commercial loans, ensuring all due diligence is complete (e.g., insurance, title, UCC, CRA, etc.)
Prepare legal documentation using bank templates and tools
Review and validate third-party legal docs against internal standards
Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and risk teams on closing conditions
Support Business Banking teams in meeting client expectations and timelines
Work efficiently in a team-oriented office environment

Required Skills:

Commercial credit/lending knowledge
Strong MS Word and Excel skills; system navigation ability
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking in a metrics-driven setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service mindset with a sense of urgency
Ability to suggest process improvements and meet monthly KPIs
