A company is looking for an Associate Payroll Customer Success
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent core standard services to customers by providing
valuable solutions and recommendations
Triage, escalate, and resolve client inquiries while ensuring
relevant information is provided
Organize and prioritize work to ensure timely and efficient
delivery of services, meeting customer expectations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of customer service or relationship management experience
required
2+ years of industry experience in PEO, HR, or Payroll Operations
required
Certified Payroll Professional, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
Certification
Knowledge of PEO products, services, and markets, payroll and
compliance management, and MS Office/CRM
