Sage Hematology and Oncology is currently looking for a Senior Pharmacy Technicianto join our team! This full time position. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*


* Mix Chemotherapy IVs accurately.

* Performs all safety checks Appropriate labeling, visually inspect when mixing IVs.

* Re-stocks Chemotherapy drugs appropriately.

* Maintains IV mixing room in a clean, organized manner and ensures supplies are restocked and ordered as needed.

* Fills automated dispensing cabinets ( Lynx) correctly by performing all safety checks i.e. visual inspection during restock process daily, and fills out restock reports weekly for providers and practice manager with absolute accuracy.

* Follows and documents all cleaning procedures daily.

* Maintains inventory by placing daily orders, checking in the orders, and reconciling the invoices with orders.

* Completes all annual mandatory education required by facility


*Education*


Graduate of high school or equivalent required.


*Work Experience*


Two or more years Chemotherapy Mixing.


*Certification/License*


Must become a Certified Pharmacy Technician.


*Physical requirements*


Standing, walking, sitting, and lifting (35 lbs.) will be necessary.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
