Brothers company seeks a Regional Architectural Business Partner
for our team at our division office located in Scottsdale,
Arizona.What is the opportunity?The Regional Architectural Business
Partner (ABP) collaborates with Regional and Division leadership to
provide market expertise, customer service, and to create new
Architecture, enabling community startup. This position will serve
as the Region's main point of contact through planning to
construction for all Architecture services, managing ABPs that are
supporting divisions within the region. The Regional ABP is the
main point of contact for Sr. Management across multiple
divisions.What are the primary responsibilities?
- Field Support -Answer field questions on standards, timeframes,
custom changes, construction methods/standards
- Set expectations with region as to Toll Architecture policies,
procedures, standards and division construction methods
- Provide feedback to senior management on Architectural projects
and asks
- Serve as escalation point for Architecture for that region
- Project Coordination - Check and coordinate inside and outside
Architecture and Engineering to ensure consistency in scopes of
work and adherence to corporate procedures, standards and Division
construction methods
- Check new artwork and marketing material vs construction
documents and community standards/colors
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to establish
appropriate project schedules
- Maintain charts for operations and architecture consumption for
anything concerning Architecture. Coordinate various meetings about
project status, changes, approvals or handoffs.
- People Management
- Define and set a positive culture and foster a team
environment
- Assist in creation and governance of a professional development
program for employees
- Assist in hiring, provide coaching and development to the
team
- Provide mentorship to assigned personnel
- Collaboration - Facilitator of new work and changes to existing
work from Regional operations back through internal or outside
Architecture
- Regular collaboration with counterparts in other Architectural
stacks to encourage continuous departmental improvement
- Attend operations meetings to inform of upcoming work,
coordinating all operations- land, sales, construction, marketing,

- Driven to produce results/solutions requested from

- Able to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary
projects
- The ability to develop and communicate goals in support of the
business's mission, especially with senior leadership
- When speaking and writing, use appropriate grammar, organize
ideas clearly, and articulate ideas concisely
- Able to work with employees across multiple departmentsDo you

- Essential:
- Knowledge of architecture requirements and construction methods
in local market
- 10+ years Project and People Management experience
- Able to travel as needed
- Preferred:
- Registered Architect
