The Crew Lead will be responsible for working as the lead member of the solar install crew, assisting with the mechanical portions of residential solar installation. This position will help organize and perform the safety equipment placement, array layout, racking installation, and module placement.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWill serve as the subject matter expert in energy system installation and is capable of training and mentoring others, may be responsible for a group or teamAble to supervise the job site and proactively guide and train team members to ensure complianceLayout, assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardwareAssist with electrical wiring of energy productsFollow all Safety Requirements and proper use of PPE at all timesPrepare and clean up job siteProvide exceptional customer service to every customer throughout the installation processAdditional duties may be required as needed

Requirements:
Rooftop solar installation experience requiredKnowledge of PV equipment and installation processKnowledge of electrical writing and equipmentGeneral construction/framing experience is a plusWorking at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs, and performing repetitious duties such as lifting, bending and standing for long periods of timeAbility to lift 50-100 pounds of weight frequently throughout the workdayAbility to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installationExcellent communication skills and a professional demeanorAbility to work well others in a collaborative team environmentValid Driver's LicensePI200029577
