A software development company is seeking a Remote Executive
Search Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Build and execute a variety of sourcing strategies to find rare,
in-demand and senior to c-level talent
Drive all sourcing activities
Serve as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to critical business
units
Qualifications for this position include:
10 + years experience in a recruitment or sourcing role in
corporate or agency setting
Proven track record of building targeted prospect pools
Experience building an organized and efficient diversity sourcing
strategy
A strong professional that is comfortable and has strong
communication skills
