CRR, a lifestyle company is looking to add two leads to our brand new Peoria Grand Wash opening in July. Start date for all new hires is June 20th for training. These Leads have the opportunity to:

• Grow exponentially with a company that truly values their team and their success
• Assist to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment
• Assist to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and training of team members
• Continually evaluate and react to performance issues
• Assist to train and develop team members in all aspects of the Grand Car Wash business, such as service, cashiering, and safety.
• Maintain awareness and trains associates on services provided
• Assist to train associates on selling additional and/or better services to customers.
• Oversee the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees.
• Ensure location is well maintained
• General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)
• Provide prompt, courteous, top-of-the-line customer service to each and every guest acting as a key example to the rest of the team.
• Establish, build, and maintain work relationships with staff and regular customers.
• Ensure employees are properly clocked in/out for shifts and assign break times.
• Oversee the operations of the front line and finish line areas.Our Leads:
