No Experience? No Problem! Get Paid While You Get the Experience
You Need! The country will always need food, medicine, and
supplies. There will always be a need for truck drivers. Recent
CDL-A Grads or Class A license with no experience spend 100 hours
behind the wheel with a C.R. England Trainer hauling loads,
delivering freight, and taking care of customers’ needs. With a
C.R. England Trainer get the education, the training, and the
experience you need to be successful in the trucking and
transportation industry. You're guaranteed a job with us as long as
you meet our hiring requirements. Qualifications depend on location, performance and safety. The
great thing is, about 95% of our entire fleet is on a Dedicated,
Regional, Intermodal or an OTR set run after 6 months of
experience. These positions are what the industry considers the
best driving jobs! At 6 months of employment you will be qualified
to be an OTR Trainer. This position is the highest paid at CR
England. Trainers can average $1176 per week and our top performing
trainers average $1578 per week!
Once you complete Training you will be Solo OTR earning 34 cents
per mile up to 50 cents per mile depending on the trip length. You
will also have the potential of receiving an extra 3 cents per mile
on top of that with a Safe and On-Time Bonus! As a solo driver you
can average $813 per week, our top performing solo drivers earn
more than $920 per week! 3 months from your upgrade date (the date
you complete your otr training), you will be eligible for a
position in Dedicated, Regional and Intermodal.
