Customer Service Representative

Why We're Rad (about us): Rad Power Bikes, America's largest e-bike brand, is on a mission to get people onto bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone. Join our virtual customer experience team and help riders find the right bike and accessories for their needs!

We are looking for:

• Experience in customer service via phone, email, chat and social media
• Passion for developing relationships with customers
• Impeccable attention to detail delivered flawlessly under pressure
• We offer full paid training so ability to learn is key.
• Bonus points for experience with Zendesk, Shopify, Google suite, Bilingual and of course electric bikes or vehicles
• Always willing to help, our Customer Service Representatives are available to help our riders 7 days a week.
• Role requires flexibility with scheduling to include weekends and varied shifts.
• Role is remote, work from home.
• Paid training will be at our local hub, so candidates should live within a daily drivable commute.
