Description:Responsible for dealer customer support, administrative support of Sales department and marketing/social media support for marketing while ensuring the company's quality and customer service goals are met; acts in back up capacity to the Order Entry department; and performs related duties as required.Duties:- Ability to support sales staff in various tasks - Ability to perform tasks and manage time with minimal oversight; desire to be a core team member. - Create training materials and present training classes - Excellent oral and written communication skills; exhibits the ability and skill to tailor communication to the target audience; possesses calm professionalism. - Ability to work under stringent deadlines and handle issues that develop unexpectedly. - Competent in the use of Microsoft office - Attends and participates in all required meetings, trainings, committees or other assignments as required.- Communicates with co-workers, management, customers and others in a courteous and professional manner.- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.- Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.- Willingness to assist company, other departments, colleagues, and employee with other duties as assigned.Skills/Qualifications:- Knowledge, skill and ability to related to the sales, order entry and production related aspects of the company.- Knowledge of cabinet design, construction and functionality; specific company products. - Knowledge of wood products and materials, such as hardware and other accessories.- Knowledge of excellent customer service practices.- Knowledge of computer software appropriate to the assignment, such as Word, Excel and ADP Payroll. - Knowledge, skill and ability in the use of 20/20 Design and InSight software.- Skill in the use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches.- Skill in considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.- Skill and ability in obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment and materials.- Skill and ability to ensure attention to details and monitoring all areas of responsibilities.- Skill in the operation of a personal computer.- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.- Ability to prioritize and manage work flow effectively.- Ability to work effectively with others.- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.- Ability to work under stringent deadlines and handle issues which develop unexpectedly.- Ability to manage complex situations in order to lead to a successful outcome.EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * A high school diploma/GED and 1 year of administrative and/or customer service experience required; order entry experience in the cabinet industry strongly preferred; previous experience with 20/20 Design software preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
