Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking dependable Production & Packaging Associates to support our popsicle manufacturing operations. This role focuses on packing finished products, applying stickers to cartons, preparing orders for shipment, and providing relief coverage across production areas as needed. Key Responsibilities Pack finished popsicles into cartons accurately and efficiently Apply stickers and labels to cartons per customer and quality requirements Prepare packaged products for storage or shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety, quality, and company guidelines at all times Assist in other production areas as relief support when needed Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods Qualifications Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs Comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Prior manufacturing or packing experience preferred but not required Work Environment Cold production environment Fast-paced, production-driven setting Repetitive tasks requiring focus and consistency Benefits Medical insurance Paid time off 401(K) Direct deposit Pay card options Employee Perks Program Fortuna – wages on demand You should be proficient in: Food and Beverage Manufacturing
