An information technology consultancy is seeking a Remote
Certified Senior Information Technology Systems Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Create knowledge base-style troubleshooting documentation
Engage in project-based assignments as needed
Assisting with new client onboardings as needed
Position Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
7 years of experience in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support role
Have expert ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot
hardware and software
Certified CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft
365 Administrator
ConnectWise Manage (Ticketing System), Azure, Cisco and Meraki
