Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is
partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking
for an Human Resources Generalist to join the team. This is a
full-time Monday through Friday onsite position. Pay range is
$26.00-$30.00/hr. depending on years of experience. Bilingual in
Spanish is preferred, not required. Key Responsibilities Lead
talent acquisition efforts, including full-cycle recruitment, job
posting, interviewing, onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit
interviews. Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and
performance management. Maintain and update employee records and HR
databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA standards, and
company policies. Coordinate training and development initiatives
tailored to operational teams. Manage weekly payroll processing,
garnishments, and tax filings. Prepare HR reports and metrics
(e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire). Process benefits enrollment
in accordance with 401k, Health, Medical, Dental Serve as the first
point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Assist with COBRA
administration and documentation of employee interactions.
Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably
in manufacturing or construction. Proficiency in HRIS systems and
Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Strong
organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to
handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred
Certifications PHR or SHRM-CP for generalist credibility. OSHA or
EHS-related training for safety-sensitive environments. If you meet
