Job Description:

skilled Specialty Cook to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team.

dishes that meet and exceed our guests' expectations. With a firm

heritage through their culinary expertise and dedication to
exceptional service. Prepare and cook special dishes as outlined by
the executive chef, ensuring compliance with menu specifications
and quality standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and
hygiene in food preparation and storage areas as per health and
safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure
timely preparation and delivery of dishes. Continuously develop new
recipes and ways to present dishes that enhance guest dining
experiences. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the
purchasing manager to ensure necessary ingredients are always
available. Contribute to menu development sessions and implement
new culinary programs and dishes. Expertise in a specific culinary
art or regional cuisine Proficiency with kitchen equipment and
utensils Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
