Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited
program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapy
license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from
AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in Skilled Nursing
Facility or long-term care settings preferred. Assignment Details
