Responsibilities: As an Outpatient LPN you will deliver
high?quality nursing care in a family clinic setting, contributing
to patient assessment and supporting providers within the LPN scope
of practice. This role administers prescribed treatments and
medications, assists with procedures, and documents patient needs,
actions, and responses. The LPN monitors changes in condition,
communicates concerns promptly, and helps create a compassionate,
patient?centered environment that supports comfort, healing, and an
exceptional care experience. Provide direct patient care, including
treatments, procedures, and medication administration within the
LPN scope of practice. Assist nurses and providers during exams and
clinical procedures, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery.
Document patient condition, care provided, and follow?up needs
accurately in the medical record. Monitor patient status, recognize
changes, and report concerns promptly to the RN or provider.

Qualifications: Minimum New graduate or experienced nurse from an
accredited practical nursing program Licensed Practical Nurse NM
