Job Description:
A well-established GI practice in Phoenix is expanding and
seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative team
supported by three experienced APPs. This is a high-efficiency
model designed for physicians who want strong income, predictable
scheduling, and flexibility in how they practice. Position Outline:
• Compensation: Base Production Bonus (75th Percentile Potential).
• Schedule: Blend of ASC procedure days and clinic time. •
Flexibility: Inpatient coverage available only if desired. •
Volume: 25 procedures per day at the ASC | 20 patients per day in
