Position Details: ER RN- Globe, AZ Location : Globe, AZ 85501 Project Duration : 13 weeks Pay range : $50-$54/Hr on W2 Shift Timing : 7p-7acall Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced healthcare team. The RN will provide immediate and high-quality care to patients experiencing acute illnesses or injuries, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment in a critical care environment. Minimum Experience: · 3 years of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting required Key Responsibilities: · Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on severity of condition · Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed · Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes · Assist physicians during examinations and emergency procedures · Perform wound care, splinting, and other emergency interventions · Document patient information accurately and timely in EMR systems · Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes · Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions · Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols Required Qualifications: · Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific) · Minimum 3 years of ER experience · BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – required · ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification – required · PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification – preferred/required (based on facility) · Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills · Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment To discuss this amazing opportunity, reach out to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Ritika Sharma at email address (630) 576-1938 .
