We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dedicated team. In this role, the selected candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, integrating physical and mental health to promote holistic well-being. Conduct initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options Serve as the primary point of contact for patient follow-up care Deliver continuous care for chronic ailments and follow up with psychiatric treatment Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals Prescribe medication in compliance with state and federal regulations Strong diagnostic skills and proven ability to deliver effective mental health treatments Proficient in managing therapeutic conditions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare law and ethics Effective crisis management capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current and valid Nurse Practitioner licensure Board certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health (PMH-BC)
