Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of Arizona Current CPR certification Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Schedule flexibility is needed in this role to ensure care is provided to patients as needed Participation in a weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays may be required Location Highlights Experience the vibrant city of Phoenix, Arizona, where outdoor adventures and cultural attractions abound.
