Our comprehensive service lines include General/Medical Dermatology, Mohs Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetics. The Opportunity We are looking for a team-oriented Dermatologist to take the lead role in our new Verrado office. This position offers: Ground Floor Opportunity: Be instrumental in launching and shaping the culture of a new facility within the region's leading group. Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent: Base Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus Structure: 50% collections Work Schedule: Flexible 4 or 5-day work week options Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon inquiry) Candidate Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Dermatology Possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license Strong leadership capabilities and a desire to help build a new practice location A team player attitude, committed to providing the highest standard of patient care Ability to work hard and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
