Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,757 to $1,951 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title RN (Registered Nurse) - ICU City/State: Phoenix, Arizona Shift: 12H Nights, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, holidays based on unit coverage, 19:00:00-07:00:00 Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 03/02/2026 Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the Neuro ICU will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients with neurological diagnoses, including those requiring craniotomies, brain tumor removals, and complex spine surgeries. Must possess strong neuro assessment skills and have experience with intracranial pressure monitoring. Participation in a SIMs Lab for skill verification will be required. Responsibilities: Provide critical care to neuro patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort Monitor and assess patients with neurological conditions Float between all ICU and Telemetry units as needed, with a patient load of 4:1 on Tele Requirements: Minimum 2 years ICU experience in large (450) hospital settings with Level 1 Trauma Experience in EVD and maintaining sterile field Certifications: BLS, ACLS Pass DYS exam and adhere to grooming standards Ability to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
