Job Description:
Immediate Need: BC/BE OB/GYN for Short-Term Coverage in AZ
Location: Near Black Canyon City, Arizona We are actively seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician
for an urgent locum tenens assignment at a dynamic hospital
facility. Schedule & Coverage Details: Start Date: November 14,
2025. Shift Type: 24-hour on-call shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM),
covering both day and night. Initial Coverage: November 14, 7:00 AM
through November 17, 7:00 AM. Practice Setting: Facility:
Hospital-based OB/GYN clinic within a 99-bed facility. Census: Very
low patient census, averaging 0-1 patient per shift.
Responsibilities: Manage labor and delivery (average 0-1 delivery
per shift) and cover for the Nurse Mid-Wife as needed. Expect
call-back time averaging 2-6 hours per shift. EMR: Must be
proficient with Cerner. Requirements: Arizona State Medical License
required (IMLC accepted). Current DEA certification. Minimum of 1
year of relevant OB/GYN experience. Compliance with current
facility COVID-19 and flu vaccine guidelines
(exemptions/declinations permitted). Join a collaborative hospital
