Phoenix, AZ Sign on bonus up to $10k Job Type: Full-Time Job Shift
: Days (Mon-Fri) Key Responsibilities: Provide outpatient care for
adults 55 with respiratory and pulmonary conditions Perform
assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and create
treatment plans Collaborate with supervising physicians and
interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on care plans
and chronic disease management Maintain accurate EMR documentation
and support clinical protocols Qualifications: Master's degree in
Nursing; board-certified Nurse Practitioner Arizona NP license (or
ability to obtain before start) Experience in pulmonology medicine
required Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Pulmonary specialty
Benefits: $10,000 signing bonus (case dependent) 3% retirement
