Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Goodyear, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,146 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0700 - 1930 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Valid Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Proven clinical skills in Med/Surg Description: The Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable for supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. This includes the competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Advanced surgical technology is utilized, including specialized platforms. The facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center and provides comprehensive care in orthopedics and cardiovascular services. State-of-the-art obstetrics and women's diagnostic services are also offered.
