Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled
Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team in Peoria, AZ. This role
involves assessing patient needs, crafting individual treatment
plans, and facilitating physical rehabilitation for patients with
various injuries and disabilities. The ideal candidate should be
driven to achieve the best outcomes for their patients and be able
to effectively communicate and collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Evaluate patient
conditions and develop appropriate physical intervention plans to
treat patients. Implement patient treatment plans effectively,
monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary. Educate patients
and their families about treatment plans and ongoing management
strategies. Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with
all legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
Strong understanding of physiology and best practices in physical
therapy. Ability to design and execute patient management plans
effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using physical therapy software and equipment.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
state license to practice Physical Therapy. CPR and First Aid
certification.
