Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical
Therapist to join a dynamic team in Peoria, AZ, providing top-tier
physical therapy services within a healthcare setting. The ideal
candidate will have a proven record of delivering personalized,
patient-centric rehabilitation and therapy services, aimed at
improving patients' mobility, decreasing pain, and enhancing their
overall quality of life. This role demands a compassionate

on the health and wellness of our clients. Evaluate patients’
conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
Implement treatment plans using techniques that promote mobility,
reduce pain, prevent disability, and regain function. Assess the
outcomes and progress of therapy; adjust treatments accordingly.
Advise and educate patients and their families on therapeutic
exercises and in-home therapy solutions. Communicate regularly with
a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other
health care professionals, to plan effective, integrated treatment
strategies. Maintain patient records and prepare reports detailing
progress and treatment. Stay current with the latest research and
best practices in physical therapy. Strong practical skills in
orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary therapy techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented
with strong observational skills. Capability to handle multiple
patients and cases efficiently. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State
of Arizona. CPR and BLS certification preferred.
