Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical
Therapist to join our healthcare team in Peoria, AZ. Our mission is

responsible for assessing patient conditions, creating treatment
plans, and implementing rehabilitation strategies to enhance and

integral in helping patients gain mobility, reduce pain, and
achieve their overall health goals within an encouraging and
supportive environment. Evaluate patient's medical history and any
referrals or notes from doctors, surgeons, or other healthcare
professionals. Diagnose function and mobility issues and develop a
treatment plan. Implement therapeutic physical interventions and
treatments effectively. Document patient progress and modify
treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families about
health and wellness through rehabilitative care. Coordinate with
other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Expertise
in physical therapy techniques and tools Strong analytic skills for
accurate patient assessments Ability to handle physical demands of
the job Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical
Therapy license in the state of Arizona CPR certified
