Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVOR - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/24/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - CVOR /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 8-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday /n• Evening shift option available from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM /n• Call requirements include 5-10 weeknights per 6 weeks for CVOR and up to 50% call time /n• Weekend call requirement: 2 weekends per 6 weeks with up to 50% call time /n• Holiday requirement: 2-3 12-hour shifts per year /n• Call response time of 30 minutes required /n• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience required /n• Must have skillset to work both OR and CVOR /n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS /n• Experience with total joints, general surgery, spine, urology, and cardiovascular cases /n• Work with 6 surgical suites plus hybrid room handling 20-30 cases per day /n• Hospital provided scrubs /n• Unit orientation of 3-5 shifts depending on case load and exposure /n• May occasionally float to assist with non-procedural tasks /n• Cerner EMR system /n• Scrub techs available for support /n• Charge nurse and specialty leads available as resources with 24/7 house supervisor coverage /n/n Facility: /n This regional medical center operates a comprehensive surgical department with multiple operating suites and a hybrid room, handling a high volume of diverse surgical cases daily. The facility maintains advanced cardiovascular and general surgery capabilities, providing specialized care including total joint replacements, spine procedures, and open heart surgeries.
