Job Description Express Healthcare Staffing Colorado is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Globe, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel AZ RN licensure or compact RN licensure required. BLS, ACLS from AHA. Schedule is Mon-Fri 0730-1530 with call. MUST be comfortable with Neurosurgery. 250 surgeries/month including: Ortho/general/eye/ podiatry/gyn/pain/urology/neurosurg/hand/Davinci Robot. MUSTS: 1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. 3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply Express Healthcare Staffing Colorado Job ID CO0953.
