Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
occupational therapy services in an elementary school setting
located in Chandler, AZ, supporting students from kindergarten
through 8th grade. This full-time contract position runs from ASAP
through June 5th, 2026, offering a caseload of approximately 80
students requiring both direct and indirect therapy services. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver individualized occupational therapy
assessments and interventions aligned with school-based goals.
Collaborate with educators, speech therapists, and other
professionals to support students' functional and academic success.
Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance
with educational and therapy standards. Participate in team
meetings and family conferences to promote effective communication
and continuity of care. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the
diverse needs of students across K-8 grade levels. Qualifications
and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapist licensure with
experience in school-based settings. Proven ability to manage a
caseload of approximately 80 students. Knowledge of pediatric
occupational therapy assessment tools and intervention strategies.
Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with
school regulations and individualized education program (IEP)
processes. Location: Elementary school setting in Chandler,
