dynamic Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers &
Clinics in the rapidly growing Phoenix Metropolitan area . If you

Flexible schedules with limited call (phone call consult only),
encouraging a balanced lifestyle 36 hours of patient contact; 4
hours admin time Medical Assistants, Front Desk, network of
specialists and leadership support provided Clinical
responsibilities to include wellness and chronic care disease
management, as well as specialized procedures according to
candidate's interest We seek candidates who are: Interested in
Family or Geriatric patient populations Are Board Certified or
Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine (ABMS)
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team

incentives Starting bonus & relocation assistance Resident stipend:
receive up to $18K ($1,500 monthly) during your final 18 months of
