Position Summary As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), you’ll deliver individualized, direct bedside care to critically ill patients, including immediate post–open heart surgery recovery. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and apply your advanced clinical knowledge to drive high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage patients with cardiac, neuro, ventilator, and hemodynamic support Lead care for post-CABG, valve replacements, and open-heart recovery Develop care plans using evidence-based practices Delegate and supervise care within the healthcare team Participate in hourly rounding and promote a safe, patient-centered environment Take on charge nurse duties as needed ?
