Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Proposal Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional oversight to a team focused on the RFX channel
and manage the lifecycle of responses to RFX opportunities in the
US market
Guide research on potential RFX opportunities, direct drafting and
coordinate reviews, and maintain regular communication with team
members
Review and provide final sign off on proposals before submission,
and strengthen operational management and processes for the RFX
channel
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of professional experience in business development, with
at least 3+ years responding to competitive opportunities
Experience at the intersection of technology and healthcare,
knowledge of US government procurement processes, and knowledge of
the US Healthcare System
Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as
Google Suite and Asana
Fluency in spoken and written English
Bonus: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, B2B business
development or sales experience in the healthcare technology or
social impact space, and network of other vendors for potential
joint proposals
