As a Physical Therapist, you provide outpatient physical therapy services. You help them to feel welcome and secure by developing and maintaining relationships throughout their care. Full time opportunity supporting our Clinic's working with a great team! Clinic hours are as follows: Mon-Wed 8-12pm and 2-6pm, Tues 8-12pm, Thur 2-6pm and Fri 8-1pm.
Great Benefit package, read below. Compensation is $85k+ depending upon background and experience.

What you will do:
Accurately document all therapies performed on patients with its corresponding CPT codes
Work along side MD's, NP's, and DC's in an integrated team approach to managing pain and improving function
Evaluate patients and create a plan of care focused on pain reduction and improving functional mobility
Provide direct 1-1 care to Medicare patients and supervise PTA-PT Technicians to ensure all therapy services meet the patient needs
Oversight of delivery and patient education on all DME issued to Medicare patients
Assist in developing and implementing new programs-techniques to improve PT services
Requirements:
Doctorate (preferred), new grads encouraged to apply
Must in licensed in the state of Arizona
Able to Multi-Task (working with multiple patients at once)
Interpersonal Communication Skills (with patients and staff members (directing the flow of the office)
Detail Oriented
