Premier Health Care System near Phoenix, AZ is hiring a travel Registered Nurse Case Manager!
This is a travel or travel to permanent RN Case Manager position and open for immediate hire!
Schedule: Full time Mon-Fri Days with light call differential pay included!
Work 40+ hours weekly
Locum tenens travel RN agreement will be for 13 weeks minimum with option to extend or become a permanent employee!! All expenses covered (individual housing and travel). Quick credentialing process at a prestigious medical center with state-of-the-art technology.
Position overview: The position is responsible for facilitating the patient's hospitalization from preadmission through discharge from the inpatient unit to the community or to an alternative level of care. The case manager interfaces with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare team members to expedite medically appropriate cost-effective care
Salary/rate is experience driven
Licensure/Certification: Required: Arizona RN licensure; American Heart Association BLS
