Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Applications Manager on behalf of our client, a highly respected and innovative organization based in Glendale, CA! This is a full-time, onsite opportunity (with potential for hybrid work), ideal for a hands-on ERP and finance systems expert. This role starts as a temporary engagement with the potential to convert into a direct-hire position.Perks:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Infor ERP financial system and PointClickCare platforms.
  • Provide ongoing systems support, troubleshooting, and improvement recommendations across the finance IT ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
  • Evaluate and lead small-scale finance-related IT projects from concept to execution.
  • Build relationships with key team members, customers, and leadership to support strategic planning and system enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively across departments through presentations, documentation, and cross-functional meetings.What You Will Need:
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Infor ERP financial systems (required).
    • Experience working with PointClickCare (required).
    • Strong understanding of financial operations and the intersection between finance and IT systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships, manage conflict constructively, and contribute to a positive team environment.
    • At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience in application support or systems management roles.
