A company is looking for a Culture Engagement Senior Program Manager for People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing new programs/initiatives that bring the company's culture to life across the employee lifecycle
Designing content, workshops, exercises, activities, and events that drive the company's culture across specific audiences
Building and program managing enterprise-wide hybrid experiences that engage distributed employees across home, flex, and office

Required Qualifications:

Experience working in a global, hybrid environment and creating remarkable hybrid experiences for employees
A deep passion for the culture space and creating an engaged workforce through impactful programming, relevant resources, and memorable facilitation
Effective collaboration and communication skills
The ability to work autonomously and through ambiguity
A creative mindset and dedication to finding innovative ways to create further consistency and energy around the company's culture across the employee lifecycle
