Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Associate for CM Delegation Management to help manage delegation responsibilities as they scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple implementation related projects, make judgements around objectives and scope, ensure effective and efficient implementation execution
Development and delivery of key strategies, plans, and improvement initiatives for the CM delegation program
Responsible for partnership with the health plan teams in each market to ensure alignment on strategy as well as tactical initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or Social Work, or Masters in Healthcare Administration preferred
Minimum 2 year accreditation experience; NCQA, URAC, and/or CMS regulations
Strong knowledge of managed care principles and delivery systems, medical management process, accreditation and regulatory standards delegated oversight processes, and workflow systems
Experience with implementation or new program development
Strong understanding in Medicaid and Medicare requirements across multiple states
