Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
psychologist opportunity is available at an elementary school in
Buckeye, AZ, to provide maternity leave coverage. This contract
position offers a full-time, in-person schedule with flexibility in
daily hours based on coverage needs. The assignment begins ASAP,
with the maternity leave starting February 15 and ending May 30,
2026, with no extensions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
psychological services to elementary-aged students, primarily
focusing on 3rd and 4th grades within a self-contained classroom
setting. Manage an average caseload that allows for focused support
without overwhelming demands. Work independently at a single school
site, collaborating with educators and staff to support student
needs. Conduct assessments, create interventions, and provide
counseling services in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications and Certifications: Experience working with
elementary-aged students, especially in self-contained classrooms.
Holds a Teacher Credentialing Education Specialist Instruction
Credential (Level 1 or 2). Valid Arizona certification for school
psychology. Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload
effectively. Additional Requirements: Submission of references,
successful drug testing, and IVP fingerprint clearance. Commitment
