Necessary Experience/Skills: Comfortable working with Chat, Email,
& Phone Customer support, Email, Chat Salesforce CRM, MS Dynamics
Strong Job tenure, no job hopping - must be in last 3 roles for 15
months or more at least Description Build and maintain subject
matter expertise of processes and solutions related to this role
Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution
and expediting correction or resolution Salesforce Cases Meet
personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics
Send process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support
Manager The work is broken down 40% email and chat & 60% calls Next

range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility
