Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn the HVAC trade and gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial HVAC installations. Under the supervision of experienced technicians, you will assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while following industry standards and safety guidelines. Responsibilities: Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation units. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions. Support lead installers by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job. Help with measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork and other HVAC components. Ensure work areas remain clean and organized throughout the job. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Learn troubleshooting techniques for diagnosing HVAC system issues. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or senior technicians. Qualifications: Previous construction, mechanical, or electrical experience is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or outdoor conditions.
