Job Description Job Description Located in Scottsdale, AZ Salary: $22-$25.00 Lead Property Maintenance Technician Location: North Scottsdale, AZ Compensation: $25.00 per Hour Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Property Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of a luxury property in North Scottsdale. This is not a 'fix-it' role; we are looking for a meticulous technician who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, possesses a sharp professional appearance, and has specialized experience in water feature maintenance. Primary Responsibilities HVAC & Plumbing: Perform preventative maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on residential/commercial HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures (leaks, water heaters, shut-off valves). Water Feature Specialist: Expertly maintain and repair fountain systems, including pump motor replacement, filtration cleaning, water chemistry balancing, and leak detection. Structural Repairs: Execute seamless drywall repairs (patching, texture matching, and painting) to maintain a 'like-new' interior appearance. General Maintenance: Address electrical issues (switches/outlets), lighting, and appliance repairs. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Mastery: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general facility maintenance. Fountain Expertise: Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair fountain pumps and mechanical features. Professionalism: Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a 'guest-first' service mentality. Professional Image: High standard of personal grooming. Must be willing to wear a provided professional uniform (typically a collared polo and clean work slacks). Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor cosmetic or mechanical issues before they become major problems. Physical & Background Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in Scottsdale weather conditions. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
