(Outbound Call Center) – Temp to Hire Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Arizona Time) Location: Hybrid | Onsite Wednesdays (subject to
change) Job Summary Temp-to-Hire opportunity for a Customer Service
Representative in an outbound call center environment. This role
focuses on contacting customers by phone and email to provide order
status updates while documenting all activity in internal systems.
Responsibilities Make outbound calls and send emails to customers
regarding order updates Work from a prioritized order list to
ensure timely follow-up Document all customer interactions
accurately in internal systems Track completed outreach and pending
follow-ups Resolve basic issues and escalate as needed Manage
multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center setting Requirements
Customer service experience required Call center experience
preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability
to multitask and stay organized Experience with Microsoft Excel and
Outlook preferred Schedule & Work Environment Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00
