Job Description:
Description SUMMARY OF REPSPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of
the VP of Finance, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for
preparing and distributing reports of prior period and
forward-looking financial performance of Company’s operations
including analyzing revenue, income statement, and operating metric
trends, working with operations to understand performance
variation, and managing existing automated reporting. PRIMARY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage the preparation, organization,
and distribution of daily financial performance (flash). · Assist
with weekly finance calls with operations to update projections. ·
Assist with the monthly revenue analytics. · Assist with month-end
reporting of key financial metrics. · Perform month-end
reconciliation of performance versus projections. · Prepare ad-hoc
analysis, reports, or charts for presentations to management or
third parties. · Develop key relationships with operations partners
to support business improvements. · Manage the integration of
additional operations for key reporting. · Develop new reports as
identified by Finance. · Assist in the preparation of annual
budgets. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES · Minimal travel · Comfortable
working with Senior Leadership ADDITIONAL NOTES · Management
reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any
time. · Additional certifications (i.e. CPA, CFA) are a plus, but
not required · Must pass pre-employment background and credit
check. · Security clearance not required Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS · Entry level role, no
experience required, but some experience preferred. · Bachelor’s
degree in finance, accounting, or related field. · Intermediate to
Advanced Excel skills. · Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
· Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Anaplan a plus, but not
required. · Demonstrates high integrity. · Ability to effectively
communicate with non-finance professionals. · Possess a
customer-oriented mindset. · Self-starter that can establish
priorities and resolve immediate and long-term issues. · Strong
interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships
with team members. · Strong oral and written communication skills
to compose and deliver responses to team members and senior
leadership.
