skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
This contract-to-permanent position requires an experienced and
detail-oriented individual to manage payroll operations for a
multi-state workforce. Responsibilities: • Oversee and process
bi-weekly payroll operations for a multi-state workforce of over
400 employees. • Conduct detailed audits to ensure payroll accuracy
and compliance. • Utilize payroll software such as ADP Workforce
Now and UKG Pro to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure
adherence to federal and state payroll regulations across all
locations. • Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies with
attention to detail. • Conduct payroll audits for each payroll
cycle to ensure accuracy and compliance, collaborating closely with
the accounting team to resolve discrepancies. • Minimum of 5 years
of relevant payroll experience. • Expertise in full-cycle payroll
processing for large organizations. • Proficiency in multi-state
payroll operations and compliance. • Familiarity with SAP and UKG
Pro systems highly preferred. • Exceptional attention to detail and
auditing skills. • Ability to manage sensitive data with
professionalism and discretion.
